I’m always amazed at how many people send us election-related letters to the editor on the eve of Election Day. We must have received a dozen, and several more have been e-mailed to us today. (So how exactly are we supposed to get those in today’s edition?)
The fact is, we traditionally don’t run election-related letters on Election Day unless they simply enourage people to get out and vote and clearly don’t take a position on an issue or candidate.
Do you agree with that position? The members of the Editorial Board and I are interested in hearing from you.
